Columbus, OH LOPSA Meeting Tomorrow (Thursday, April 12, 2012)
April 11, 2012
I just realized that I hadn't posted anything about the LOPSA meeting this month.
LOPSA Columbus (website forthcoming) is having our April meeting tomorrow at 6:30pm at the Datacenter.bz offices and datacenter.
This is the first of a series of Datacenter tours that LOPSA Columbus is taking. We're going to be doing one per quarter, and each tour will be accompanied by a presentation and discussion about datacenter and server room infrastructures.
This month's presentation will be given by LOPSA Columbus co-organizer Warner Moore, who will be discussing a vendor neutral review of what to look for when selecting a data center, after which we will be touring the actual datacenter at Datacenter.bz.
If you're in the Central Ohio area, you should come, too! Datacenter.bz is located at:

If you're in the area, make sure to sign up at the MeetUp page for TechLife Columbus. You do not need to be a LOPSA member to come to the meetings (but you should be a LOPSA member anyway, just for the record).
Come, have fun, and tour datacenters with us.
